I've been crying for three days. About every 10 minutes. I now have the urge to cry but am producing very little tears. Please help.

Crying for three days: One of the common symptomns of depression is being over-emotional and anxiety (overreaction basicly)
You might be suffering from a depression which is probably caused by a lack of serotonin and that is why people are used to treat depression with anti-depressants. But there is one thing you must know about before thinking about taking meds.
Depression and anxiety can be both treated with talk therapy. So I suggest seeing a therapist pror taking any medications but you must consult a doctor first since I'm not a doctor and im only giving you suggestions.
Another suggestion I give to everyone, and I have a feeling that some people will get tired of hearing that, is physical activity (the body produces hormones that are essential for healthy mind-body during excersing) and healthy diet. Our body was designed to move and to eat bio to it is all things you can work on prior engaging a therapy with medication. Crying: I am so sorry for your loss. It is so difficult to lose ones mate. I suspect your tears are that way due to dehydration. You aren't taking very good care of yourself. You probably aren't eating and drinking well. Sounds like your grief is still overwhelming. You don't need to do this alone. May I suggest you speak with your doctor and ask him for help. I don’t cry after a loved one's / relative’s death? But my tears comes out naturally when I ‘m watching a sad scene in cinema / tv. What to do?

The time: We realize a loved one is "gone" is often delayed. When loss hits us directly, we may be in shock hindering the release of our tears. Tv & movies makes us cry because we "feel" for the characters, we identify with their pain if the plot & acting r good enough 2 make us believe their drama. 4 u: it is ok to react the way u do. Tears will come 2 u eventually & naturally later. Sincere condolences. ...Read more

I wonder why I can't produce tears or feal sad so I can start cry. I also have a lot of musclespams?
