Lexapro (escitalopram) 20 mg is a: standard dose at which there are no significant QT interval issues. Generic is escitalopram. Citalopram has QT issues at 60 mg a day dose so maximum dose is 40 mg a day. Citalopram is not recommended for patients with: congenital long QT syndrome, bradycardia, hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia, recent MI, or uncompensated heart failure. Best regards. ...Read more
