If you remove all milk products (milk, cheese, icecream, yogurt etc.) from your diet and your diarrhea persists, see your pcp for a stool analysis (read labels on other foods to watch for lactose hidden as an ingredient also). ...Read more

I have suffered an ongoing yeast infection for 2+ yrs, while fainting about 4 times, along with diarrhea, feeling tired, and bleeding in b/w periods.
Yeast : I'm so sorry you been suffering with these infections for so long. There are approaches to women with chronic east infection. One is extended administration of diflucan (fluconazole). Another idea is the use of boric acid or gentian violet. Sometimes an elimination diet is helpful. A great book is the v book. My son has had diarrhea for 2 weeks causing a bad diaperrash. He is also on day 2 of amoxicillin for an ear infection. Now it looks like a yeast infection. What should I do?
Whole nine yards: Diarrhea x 2 weeks and now Amoxicillin known to cause more diarrhea. Make sure the diaper area is clean and dry. You need to use a good barrier cream such as desytin. Nystatin ointment/cream can be used to treat yeast infection. Sometimes a touch of Hydrocortisone in the first few days may be needed to suppress inflammation if that is bad. Consult with pediatrician to be on a safe side. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Six Weeks: Although it is unlikely that you would have picked up HIV from what you have described, it takes about six weeks at the earliest for tests to determine if you picked up HIV from that exposure. While thrush can be a sign of hiv, i would not expect it to show that quickly after exposure. It is possible that the other person had a yeast infection and you picked that up. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

You might also have irritable bowel syndrome and food sensitivities like gluten sensitivity or lactose intolerance.
