I'm a chronic Lyme patient; anti microbial use has caused yeast overgrowth and now yeast die-off symptoms. Is colon cleanse nec. to flush toxins?
Herxheimer Reaction: The die-off may be going too quickly. If you are using a doc prescribed medicine ask him/her about lowering the dose. If over the counter back off a little. Your body is killing off faster than you can expel the results. Peace and good health. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Please don't do this: Both "candida" and "hypoglycemia" are fad diagnoses. "Cleanses" can land you in the ICU. You need a relationship with an evidence-based practitioner in your community who's open to holistic and complementary modes of healing. This will get you productive, feeling betr ...Read more
