Probably not.: First of all, most vaccines don't go anywhere near the yeast, only recombinant vaccines use it. Secondly, the vaccines are purified , and the amounts of actual saccharomyces in the vaccine are very small, compared to the relatively huge amounts of the yeast in the bowel.
