Why?: Depends on the number of nodes involved and other factors but in average would be 40-50%. The question would be: why aren't you getting chemo? Current standards recommend post operative chemo for patients with stage iii colon cancer and pre or post chemo and radiation for stage ii or iii rectal cancer.
