Stop smoking, see GP: Cancer of the mouth or throat is increased by cigarette smoking, however the incidence is rare in young adults, increasing with age. More common causes of pain is infection such as streptococcal sore throat which can cause ear pain. Treatment for this is to complete a course of antibiotics prescribed by your GP. See a DOCTOR: Not necessarily cancer, but could be any number of things. Without having any other information (and this is very little) my initial thought is to be concerned about your spleen (underneath your left rib cage) and your platelets (could cause little red dots called "petechiae"). Sounds like: Hand/foot and mouth or a Coxsackie infection. Chickenpox starts on the trunk and spreads outwards. The blisters with hand/foot/mouth are on the palms and soles and in the mouth area.
