I know people who chain smoke but have never had any signs or symptoms of cancer. I smoke a few a day, but yet i've had three cancer scares?
You assume that people who smoke a lot should have higher cancer rates than those who smoke a little. That is not necessarily true. Smoking increases your chances of getting cancer, but your chances are different than someone else's. Be concerned with your own health... If you have had that many potential lesions, it's time to rethink your social habits.
