What's your question: This sounds like diverticulitis. There is a possibility of inflammation in the colon from the biopsies but this is uncommon and diverticulitis is common. You should see your doctor back to see if you need antibiotics or further investigation of the pelvis. ...Read more

Yes; not sure!: Men with a mother, sister, or daughter with breast or ovarian cancer, male relatives with breast cancer, or with ashkenazi jewish heritage, have a high risk of carrying a brca mutation. Men with this mutation are at risk for breast and other cancers. Rarely, men without a brca mutation get breast cancer, usually in their later years.
