Typically this would be an enlarged lymph node which can be due to infection, any inflammation or sometimes cancer in the lymph node. I bet it's not: If it starts growing or gets stuck to your nearby structures, get it seen. Otherwise, it's probably just the axillary lymph node that many of us have, especially if at some time you had an infection or contact dermatitis on that extremity and it got a little bit scarred up. Sore armpit: If that persists and if you are worried- go to see your gp to have a good exams.
