It is unlikely.: It would be extremely unusual to have head and neck carcinoma at your age, especially since you're female., even if you have risk factors for head and neck carcinoma, such as a positive hpv test, smoking, and drinking alcohol. While lymphomas can occur at your age, both carcinomas and lymphomas typically present as painless masses, not as ear and head pain. ...Read more
