Bruising easy. Large bruises, random pinpoint TINY bruises. Mostly legs, stomach. ? Scaring easily, legs are covered in red round marks. Ideas?
Bruising: Hi Allison, some general possibilities to consider are either hematological disorders where your blood is not clotting properly which causes bruising, or an autoimmune disorder that is causing these rashes. Watchful waiting: What you described is not worrisome, however it is worth watching, i.e, keep an eye on such lesions to see if more are developing. At your next visit to your doctor you should ask her/him to look at the lesions, if any are present at the time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
