See your derm: While skin cancer in a 21 year old is rare, it does occur occasionally. Any new skin lesion or one that is changing should be brought to the attention of your dermatologist.

Check with your doc: Most likely it is not related to you biopsy
you could be having low platelet or condition that will make you bruise easy
so it will be a good idea if you are taking aspirin
stop it or if you are taking any blood thinner stop it and check with your doctor
some vitamin and supplement could cause bleeding like vitamin E for example
