Your sxs may be: Related to pms. Consider talking w your dr about ssri’s or hormone meds. Exercise ; acupuncture are excellent for pms. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol ; salt. Get gyn eval to r/o underlying pathology. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or black cohosh with dr ok. ...Read more

It depends: It could be a partially remitted depression which has left you emotionally empty. If you are still on medication, especially an ssri, you may be relapsing or you may have to get a dosage adjustment to get rid of the numbing. ...Read more
