Gallstone pain: hi ~ if you are having "gallstone pain", the best position to be in is on your back on an OR table. Gallstones that are asymptomatic, theres no RUSH to get them out. If you are getting pain from it, a BIG pain with obstruction is almost a certainty, and can be complicated by gangrene of the GB fundus and you ll be 6 weeks sick iso 6 days.
