Hello my mum was nephrostomy because of breast cancer and her ureter obstacle so she is under chemioterapy . 2 days ago she did chemo I saw some white particles in her urin tub . Please help me .

What are the symptoms of ureter cancer. How is it detected, and where usually aches? Does the pain proclaimed due to blockage or by other mean?

Sounds fairly good: I am so sorry to hear of your trouble; losing an organ to disease/cancer is not easy. Anyhow, generally it is recommended to keep sodium intake to 2500mg or less--you are doing that. For an average person, about 50gm of protien is good, a bit higher for men. I had a nephroureterectomy two years ago. At that time, there was cancer in the ureter only; none in kidney or bladder. Now, there is one node that is suspicious for recurrence. Chemo is advised. How effective is it?
Tell us more: How did they find the suspected node? By scan ? Please tell us your age, ct or pet scans findings. Consult with your dr about the need for biopsy for confirmation of recurrence?
