I do not suggest taking more than 50mg of Benadryl at one time so you can add up the dosages and see how much is in the tylenol (acetaminophen) pm plus the extra dose and if it is 50mg or less you don't have to wait, otherwise you should wait 6 hours if the tylenol (acetaminophen) pm has 50mg in it (which i don't think it does). ...Read more
