Is it safe to take glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, vitamin d, calcium citrate, multivitamin, l arginine, l lysine, l ornthinine, Prilosec together?

Should be fine: I don't see any significant problems taking all of these supplements. If you have any side effects, however, it may be a challenge to know which is the culprit. Typically, side effects from these are minimal or not existent. If you are taking the prilosec due to the others causing GI complaints, you may want to reconsider this strategy. ...Read more

Can i take glucosamine/chondroitin supplements while on Naproxen? it's my last week on Naproxen.

Yes: There's no problem taking those while on Naproxen. NSAIDs like Naproxen relieve pain & inflammation but can cause life-threatening side effects like GI bleeding when taken long-term & can accelerate the disease process of osteoarthritis. Herbs like Boswellia & Turmeric reduce inflammation as well as NSAIDs do with less risk. They can be combined with Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM & hyaluronic acid. ...Read more

Why?: The testim is safe, but have you really been checked out to determine if your need it? Did you take Anabolic steroids earlier in your life that may have caused your current deficiency? Testim good if you need testorsterone replacement, the other stuff if junk and won't help you in any way - except to spend your money needlessly. Nothing else you should take, lots you shouldn't.
