It might not help: Nexium (esomeprazole) is not helping with the reflux, it helps to reduce the stomach acidity. If your baby on a liquid diet, it's physiologic for them to have a reflux. Try elevated head of the bed, thickened the food, efficient burping technique. But I would not recommend Nexium (esomeprazole) for a small baby.
