No, you can't safely: These are serious medications and it is generally not safe to start and stop them for convenience. It is also not safe to drink while on it - If this is for 3/7 or 3/8, talk to the Dr. Don't just remove the patch. Even if it was OK this time, the future may not be. To good health: If you are taking antibiotics for an infection -in your case azithromycin, you should really focus on getting well. Especially since you are still early in the treatment. This means, staying up late, drinking alcohol etc are not recommended. Is this going to harm you?
