What can I do to get taller? Im 20 and im 5'5, i want to get taller but i don't know if I should take calcium pills, vitamins or anything. I know that because im 20, probably im not going to grow anymore. Help i really want to be taller.

I've noticed many vitamins i take are not fda approved such as calcium. Does this mean they're not good or don't work? Are vitamins fda approved?
