I have Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc altogether in one pill. It says to take 1 to 3 caplets daily with a meal. Can I take all three at once, instead?

Med Directions: if it says 1-3 daily, then it means all at once. If it were to say take 1 tablet three times a day then it would mean exactly that. If it said to take one tablet up to three times a day then it would be how your are interpreting the directions. According to what you said the correct way is the first, 1-3 tablets all at once, one time a day. ...Read more

Be careful with zinc: Zinc can be helpful in maintaining your healthy immune function, but too much zinc can actually decrease your immune function. Excess zinc can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It can also interfere with the absorption of other essential minerals, particularly magnesium and copper. A copper deficiency can inhibit the transport of iron in the body and result in anemia. The upper limit is 40mg/d. ...Read more

Is safe to take in combination: Zinc, Calcium complex, Vitamin C, Flax seed oil and Whey protein?

Those supplements: in combination are not a problem. Perhaps a more important question would be why do you take them all? If you have health concerns please see your doc or a nutritional consultant. Split vitamin C up into a.m. and p.m. doses because it only lasts about 12 hours in body. Peace and good health. ...Read more
