Possible, not likely: Implanon is not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy, so you could be pregnant. As far as a period, it would not be expected during pregnancy, but first trimester bleeding can be misinterpreted as a period in such cases. You should have: Had normal menstruation by now, 9 months after the Implanon was removed. You may need to have your cycle reset biochemically with a pill or injection, but first you need to have an examination and workup by Gynecologist to rule out other underlying causes for anovulation.
