A rough guide: If you have periods that are very regular and your menstrual cycle is always 28days, then you would ovulate on day 14 counting the first day of your period as day 1. The egg lives about 1 day and sperm can survive for 3 to 5 days. Therefore you could get pregnant on days 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. Possible: If you have been having unprotected sex, pregnancy is always possible but this could also just be the normal variation in cycle length plus the fact that there are 31 days in January but only 28 in February.. What's your question: If you want to know if you can get pregnant, the answer is yes, if you engage in unprotected sex, in which case you can also pick up sexually transmitted diseases/infections, too.
