ITCHY AT BEDTIME: A few things come to mind: 1) it is not uncommon for skin to be dryer at the end of the day, so skin moisturizers at bedtime may be a simple remedy. 2) you may have hypersensitivity to your bed clothing or sheets. 3) bed bugs are only one potential infestation. Many possibilities: Bed bug bites are very itchy so this is unlikely. Red bumps can occur wih insect bite such as mosquitoes, bed bugs, spiders etc. Bug bites usually bother people. Red bumps without itch or pain can be from viruses, irritants on the skin, reactions to fodd/medicine ingested or common diseases. In many cases the cause is never found and they just go away.
