Mosquitoes can transfer malaria from one human to another but I know of no cases of hiv/aids transmitted by this vector. Red bumps without itch or pain can be from viruses, irritants on the skin, reactions to fodd/medicine ingested or common diseases. In many cases the cause is never found and they just go away.
