See gyn: It is likely a benign cyst which isn't an emergency in itself. Get in to see ur gyn if you have one and you may need DX laparoscopy. It should pass with time and oral contraceptives will help avoid these in the future. It may not rupture bu honestly, at that size and "simple" should not be causing that level of pain.
