Can an endomorph build muscle by only doing body weight excersizes? Such as push ups, pull ups, sit ups etc.

A lump under your arm pit definitely warrants investigation. It could be something as simple as a cyst (fluid filled lesion), swollen lymph node, abscess (infection) or a lipoma (fat filled lesion). More concerning would be a tumor that could possibly be malignant (cancerous). The bottom line is to have an examination by a medical professional.
