I've been trying to increase ankle flexibility.Could one have less mobility because i was born with a club foot? It was taken care of early, though.

How do I rebuild my muscle flexibility? After my stroke 2 years ago, I now find my whole muscle system back to feet as very stiff- like stick figure.
I wore new boots that were tight, no arch support & little flexibility. My feet are in excruciating pain even after icing and tylenol for 2 days. Help?
Tylenol: Although is good for pain, it does nothing for the inflammation that is causing the pain. Switch to aleive or advil, barring the fact that you do not have any stomach ulcers. Needs evaluation: I have found that there is usually a primary location of injury/inflammation. Many times we will favor the area and shift our weight. It seems that the outside of the foot ends up bearing weight causing pain there. I am imagining your primary pain to be near the ball of the foot.
