I've have laryngitis for three days now and now I have a sore throat and my doctors on vacation and i tried home remedies for a sore throat.

Here are some more remedies if not: consider tylenol or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Saltwater gargles: mix 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water – gargle several times a day. Laryngitis: The cure for acute laryngitis is unfortunately as elusive as the cure for common cold. Both respond best to home remedies as medical science has for now nothing better to offer.
