Why do I have shoulder pain, dizziness and headaches during period? What can I do to feel better?

Is it ok to feel dizzy with sharp chest pain during period?

Is it ok to feel dizzy with sharp chest pain during period?

No: What you described is not normal. But you did not provide sufficient information for a meaningful opinion. Dizziness may be due dehydration and you should drink enough water, daily, so that your urine most colorless. If the chest pains persist, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Bloated and slight dizziness what could it be? I do eat enough and blood pressure is pretty normal. Only been bloated during period but not on period.

Bloated and dizzy: May have reflux. Try a trial of ranitidine and prevecid and see if it makes a difference. May be sinusitis from food intolerances like milk, so avoid milk products for a week and see if there is a difference, . Also check HCG, thyroid hormone, and if all negative. Consider CT check for abdominal, lymph node ovary lesion.

Random spells of dizziness, shortness of breath, grainy vision, cold sweat, ringing in ears, and weak muscles during period. Normal?

Random spells of dizziness, shortness of breath, grainy vision, cold sweat, ringing in ears, and weak muscles during period. Normal?

No: Hypotension, or low blood pressure, can cause many of these symptoms as can anemia. Make sure you are not dehydrated. Your tongue should look pink in the mirror, not white. Definitely see your doctor. The cure might be as simple as more fluids or getting more iron in your diet, but there may be more to it.

Faint randomly: feeling hot, sick, dizzy, disorientated, sight goes dark hearing then also slowly goes finally I faint, what could this be?

Syncope: Fainting (syncope) can occur as a result of dehydration, cardiac rhythm disturbance, neuromediation or other causes. A careful examination, including a check of ones blood pressure sitting and standing, an ekg, tilt table test and a holter monitor test can help decide upon the cause in any one case.

Tizanidine: Is a centrally acting Alpha 2 agonist that is known to cause orthostatic hypotention even in low doses (2 mg). I rarely use it in individuals who are not wheel chair bound with MS. You need to have your blood pressure and pulse checked in the upright and supine position with and without this medication. Ketamine is a hallucinogenic anesthetic popular in Rave Culture. See a neurologist.

The back of my head keeps going numb and tingly almost feels cold. I keep getting very dizzy and disorientated then feel ok again no meds not stressed?

Disorientation: The numbness and tingling are not as significant as the dizziness and disorientation. This may be neurologic such as migraine or migraine equivalent, vascular with positional compression of cervical vessels, vestibular such as BPPV or hydrops or psychiatric such as a subclinical general anxiety disorder. You may need to see a few different specialists to determine the cause, keep a diary of events

Fleeting: In my experience symptoms that are serious always last more than two seconds. However if you still have concerns, I feel that a neurologist would be a good choice to evaluate and advise you.

Been having weird dizziness nausea disorientation almost like I'm drunk they come on all of a sudden and last about an hour then I get sleepy help?

See your doctor: Impossible to say what it might be, but a variety of middle and inner ear problems can cause sudden episodes like you are having. Your doctor can take a full history, do a complete exam, particularly of your ear exam and hearing, as well as a neurological exam. You may need more specialized testing and/or see an ENT specialist or neurologist. I would recommend sooner rather than later.

See a Dr ASAP: These symptoms sound like an alert message. Whatever it is, and it might be nothing too bad, it could be something serious related to vascular issues. Have it checked to be sure and consider therapy to learn ways to take better care of yourself - it's something that will pay off over a lifetime.
