I had shingles two months ago and now it's back again and this time it's spread onto my legs, what should I do?
Shingles: You should go to a dermatologist to be evaluated. Unless you are immunosupressed it would be extremely rare for a 20 yr old to get shingles once, and almost never twice you must have something else. Perhaps herpes simplex or impetigo or contact dermatitis it may need to be evaluated with bacterial and viral cultures and a skin biopsy. Im 45 and I had shingles on my right leg october last year.Now March it has come on the left leg what is the problem. Im healthy and have NO illnesses?
