Yes I'm worried these are mite/scabies bites. Not sure. It's localized on the breast area and not on the rest of the body. ?

See doctor: Usually scabies presents with a very itchy rash which spreads and most common site is space between the fingers and toes though can occur anywhere . Less likely to be scabies but possibility of itchy bites is there , hard to say without examination. Please see doctor.

Scabies unlikely.: but it is a reason to have things evaluated. Mostly, reaction to a chemical exposure with/without sunlight sensitization effects. Can progress to a second degree burn or infection if the skin breaks open. But, if it is an allergic reaction to a medication, that needs to be fixed. And if it is sensitive skin, (mastocytosis) that needs to be fixed. And theres good treatment for it. ...Read more

Exposed?: Usually, you will know if you've been exposed to someone with scabies, they will have a persistent itchy rash. Could also be flea bites or bedbugs. See your doctor and get checked. In the meantime, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tablets and cortisone cream can help the itching. Good luck! ...Read more

Unbearably itchy upper body & scalp. No scabies, lice, dandruff, or allergies (tested). Rashes on hands/inner elbows/chest. Steroid cream not helping?

See Allergist: Given you unbearable itching symptoms and rash refractory to topical steroids I would suggest making an appointment to see an allergist for further workup/evaluation. Eczema, contact dermatitis, urticaria (hives), etc. are all skin condition that you could be suffering from. Getting workup up by a specialist might provide more answers/treatments. ...Read more

I just started getting a rash under my breast, it also has s funky smell to it. What can I buy or use to get it to go away?

Yeast.: This is probably a yeast infection, called candidiasis. Keep the area clean and dry, and apply an anti-yeast cream (several are available over the counter). If that doesn't work, it's either resistant to the otc-strength creams, or is something less common. Either way, you'll need to see a dermatologist. But try the anti-yeast cream first. ...Read more

Are u/s guided core needle biopsies accurate for suspicious breast areas? How often do they miss and get normal tissue instead of the area of concern?

Yes: They are very accurate in hands of a competent breast radiologist. If there is a discrepant result between the pathologist's finding and the radiologists impression, it should likely be rebiopsied or at the very least closely followed. ...Read more

If breast biopsy for suspicious area on u/s came back as benign tissue and radiologist said it was concordant, do I need to get a second opinion?

Probably not: Given that the radiologist is saying that the biopsy result is concordant with the radiographic appearance, i would not think that a second opinion is "needed", although a second opinion should never be discouraged. At the very least, though, there should be radiographic follow up to determine whether the lesion is still "suspicious" or whether it has resolved. ...Read more

How to get full bigger breasts?

How to get full bigger breasts?

Plastic surgery!: There is no "natural" breast enlargement and fat grafting is still considered experimental and controversial because of the potential for some of the fat dying and causing scar tissue and/or calcifications. These can interfere with mammograms and reduce ability to detect cancer. Plastic surgery is still the safest and best way to enlarge breasts; I do over150 a year. Avoid creams and miracle pills. ...Read more

What are ways to get my breasts to grow larger?

No "natural" way: Breast augmentation with implants, or even your own fat suctioned out of areas such as your hips, is the most reliable way.

The one non-surgical system out there that you may consider is brava (mybrava.Com - I have no financial interest in the product). It uses suction worn 12-14 hours daily. Check out their website for more information.

Hope this helps! ...Read more
