I would assume your are referring to this in lieu of oral sex practices (but you know what assuming does). Gag reflex is normal, necessary and shouldn't be tampered with.See 1 more doctor answer

I think I have a tonsil stone on my left tonsil. I can't get it out because of my bad gag reflex. Is it bad if I just leave it? If not what should ido
Tonsil Stones: It is not a problem if you leave it in the tonsil. They will sometimes come out on thier own. If you having problems pain or pressure, try to use a water pick or see a ENT physician. A very long Qtip can also work. They are usually more of a nuisance than anything else.See 1 more doctor answer
Is it normal to get white build up on tongue? No hiv, 24 y/o male. Hard time brushing tongue in morning due to gag reflex
Common: White buildup on tongue might be plaque similar to what we form on teeth. Only a dentist can tell you that for sure after examining you. Try rinsing with listerine first, or some say to put some salt on the tip of your tongue, and then use a tongue scraper, available at most drug stores or supermarkets, rather than a tooth brush.See 1 more doctor answer

It depends: On what specifically the CT is being performed for. However, more than likely, it will not be cancelled. Do the best you can. The oral contrast will improve the ability of the radiologist to render an accurate interpretation.
