A while: I presume you are feeling better, the fever should be improved, though cough is milder. If that is the case then you are getting better. Many people have residual cough and fatigue for several weeks after. In my experience most people are not back to normal for about 6 weeks. But it is pretty variable. Sinusitis: You need to be evaluated by a sinus surgeon. That doesn't mean you need surgery, but that is the ultimate treatment when you fail everything else.
