Its tough: Hepatitis c is a virus and viruses are difficult to kill. There is a 10-15% chance that your body will kill the virus by itself and you will then have lifelong immunity to it. Otherwise it is likely that you will have the virus for life. As for diet: you will want to avoid things that can be toxic to you liver like alcohol and acetaminophen.
