I got a 4 CM hemorrhagic cyst removed four months ago, however now I again have a 3 CM hemorrhagic cyst in the same ovary. Can I still get pregnant?

Ovarian cysts?: That is impossible to say based on what little information we have to go on. Do you still have your other ovary? The ovary with the cysts might actually still be viable.
