Can a woman get pregnant if she done went through menopause?

Not with her own egg: Once menopausal, by definition, a woman is no longer fertille, but rather sterile. This would allow her to be a biological mother by carrying the pregnancy, but not the genetic mother (egg from another woman). ...Read more

I had a sex with my boy friend, my menopause cycle is 21st but still i hadn't get it, i made a pregnancy check by it resulted negative, help?

Don't panic!: Your question is slightly confusing, but from what you are saying, i can assume: 1. Your menstrual cycle was due on the 21st. 2. You are sexually active 3. Go to your doctor for a blood pregnancy test. ...Read more

There : There is no way to delay menopause. Schedule a visit with your gynecologist, lab tests can be done to check your hormone levels to determine your fertility.
