"Pull out" method: The "pull out" method is unreliable. It would be nearly impossible to clean all traces of pre-cum sperm that might be in your vagina. Not likely : If you are already on the birth control patch then there is no reason to be taking plan b. It is fine that you did it just isnt needed. The point of using the patch is to provide effective contraception. Taking more birth control does not make it work better. ...Read more

Yup.: Plan b is very effective, but it is still possible to get pregnant even though you took it properly and within the proper guidelines. For that matter, you can get pregnant while taking the pill - perfectly, with an iud, or even after a vasectomy or tubal ligation.
