If that miscarriage is still inside the uterus then that is not a hospitable environment for a new implantation to occur. How soon ?: I usually ask my patients to wait 3 cycles to conceive in order to let your body completely recover and decrease risk of repeat miscarriage as well as to gove you time to recover emotionally that being said I have had patients who have conceived on the next cycle and carried to term and I have some that miscarried again...
