When instilling eye drops for glaucoma i tilt my head back in front of mirror so i can see drop going in instead of looking at ceiling, is this okay?

Given history, an: Intracranial bleed possible, subdural (veins) or from arteries (less likely), vs. physiologic/memory related. The throbbing sensation is c/w vascular (migraine) mechanism. MRI brain is the current best technology to differentiate (because best at showing soft tissue), though CT brain more commonly done because less expensive (though also somewhat less accurate). Sometimes i get a horrible headache. Whole back of head throbs & pain is unbearable. Laying down on my back makes head hurt more, like being hit hard.
