Possibly: Having sex at a young age does not by itself cause cervical cancer...Generally if someone starts having sex at a younger age, their likelihood of having multiple sexual partners over their lifetime increases and thus increase the likelihood of getting hpv which can lead to cervical cancer. Please make sure you are seen by your gyn for routine exams and may consider a vaccine such as gardisil. ...Read more
