Why am i getting canker sores all the time? I get them in the insides of my lip, on my gum, in the throat area/back of tongue, and on my tongue.

No solid answer: Since you are "prone" towards canker sores the best thing you can try to do is ease their pain. You can take Acyclovir regularly to help but it does require a prescription. Lysine might help and you can get that at a health food store. Try to reduce your stress, and if you are a smoker...Quit. See if there are any other habits you have. But i bet the best thing you can do is reduce stress. ...Read more
