Don't worry!: Do you have any other symptoms? Like shortness of breath? Shamroth's sign is used to distinguish clubbing only when there are signs and symptoms suggestive of a disease. It's not a test that you do on yourself just to see if you have clubbing. And having the window space is normal. It's not having the space that could be clubbing! So relax.
