Very unlikely: If you have gonorrhea at one site, such as urethra (penis) or rectum, then you might self transmit to another site. The sex toy would have to go immediately from the infected site to the uninfected one, and would have to go inside (maybe difficult for the penis). But of course there is no risk of not already infected somewhere. Any such risk ended within a few hours of correct treatment. ...Read more
