No: In 36 years of being an infectious disease specialist I have never seen one patient who was infected by sitting on a public toilet seat or urine splash from one. Don't worry you are not infected from this. I'm more concerned that you say you have unprotected sex. If any of your contacts have ever been infected with herpes, hiv, syphillis etc. You are at risk from this. ...Read more
