Pregnancy testing: If you want to know for sure, have a serum pregnancy screen at a lab or through your doctor's office. Over the counter pregnancy tests can be positive as early as ten days of pregnancy, but there are false negatives. Blood testing is usually accurate.

No: A home pregnancy test that detected HCG in the urine can be positive in about 2-3 weeks. But if you have a blood test drawn, they are positive much earlier -- although usually only after several days. So -- no!
