Yes can get period: I am sort of confused regard the question. But normally when on Birth Control pills, ovulation (egg release) is prevented from happening. But the lining of the uterus can still grow and shed causing a bleed (menstruation). You will not get pregnant (no egg) but you will still have menstrual bleeds.
