Please help me! can you get a concussion without hitting your head?

Very rarely

Head
It takes a bit of force to produce a concussion-so while in a rare circumstance one might turn the head fast enough(elderly) or rotate fast enough(e.g spinning car or amusemnt park ride) this would be uncommon.

Concussions are serious, and recent evidence shows that they are not diagnosed as often as they probably should be. If you have had any trauma to the head through sports or accident, see your doctor or a neurologist.
