If the cold cuts were heated until they were "steaming hot" you have no reason to worry. Unheated lunch meats MAY contain listeria, a bacteria that causes listeriosis, an infection that pregnant women are more susceptible to. But know that most lunch meat does not have listeria, so you're probably OK if not well-heated but don't risk again:
