Not necessarily: Caffeine is a common part of many over-the-counter migraine medicines, and is sometimes prescribed to help treat them. But it is only a part. While there isn't a lot of information that says caffeine exposure is risky to unborn children, most obstetricians recommend not taking anything in that you don't really need, and nobody really needs caffeine. No more than your: First cup of coffee. And I would find it hard to believe you never had a Coke or Pepsi! Congrats on waiting until 16! There are rare individuals who are highly sensitive to caffeine, and can't sleep, get anxiety attacks, get tremulous after a single cup of coffee. Don't drink coffee: Patient: it hurts every time I hit my thumb w/hammer. Doctor: then don't hit your thumb w/hammer. Anxiety is anxiety in terms of experience. What's different is cause.
